Dear Parents, students and well-wishers of the V.D ( Varun Dhaka ) Institute of Technology - my prayerful greetings to all of you. First and foremost I would like to express my deep sentiments of gratitude to every one of you for your constant support, love and concern towards the college which enables and encourages us to strive hard to carry forward the mission of spreading value- based knowledge to one and all.
Education is the manifestation of love and my most cherished possession. Education drives away ignorance and through illumination it emboldens a man to a righteous thought and action. It empowers a woman and enlarges the horizon of her mind. It energizes a society and enables a man to earn his living with respect and praise. Hence my love for it.
In order to accomplish our vision and mission, we are prepared to take as much effort as possible for the betterment of academic scenario in India. We believe that education is an effective medium of social transformation. We get encouragement, looking at bright and successful careers of our thousands of students, which subsequently benefit the society. We feel proud that we are part of such an excellent institute, which is shaping modern India.
V.D ( Varun Dhaka ) Institute of Technology is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) for its Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme on 1999 . The college has a dedicated Management team, devoted teachers and committed non-teaching staff.
V.D ( Varun Dhaka ) Institute of Technology endowed with progressive futuristic outlook aims continual growth in the quality of all academic activities with a sense of commitment to fully meet the expectations of the students, parents and society at large.
Genuine concern of our institution is to ensure students emotional growth along with intellectual excellence. This empowers them to develop their self esteem, self awareness and self confidence. Our student population is multi-cultural and multi linguistic, hence we teach students, the importance of tolerance and respect for each other’s language and culture. Discipline, values and integrity are the foundation of this Institution. Our vision is to produce conscientious, confident citizens of India who will go out into the world and make us proud.

As far as the physical resources are concerned, it maintains the state of the art facilities – spacious and well furnished air conditioned lecture rooms, well equipped ICT, Science and Psychology laboratories , a magnificent library housing a verity of standard course books, study material, reference books and Book Bank facility, effective Audio-Visual Aids, a big playground, sports material, O.H.P., Film Projector, LCD Projector, Colour T.V., VCR, VCD, Internet devices, Smart classrooms, an Auditorium and Conference Hall with seating capacity for 150 persons each. Besides the above, all primary amenities are available in the campus for the convenience of scholars. Our college cares for the individual development of each and every student. We follow “mentor system” under which each class is put into the multi-pronged web of a teacher. We accord prime importance to the behavioral discipline, moral integrity and cognitive developments of our students. Our teachers strive to teach not only academic programmes but also life skills needed for students’ self development with highly resourceful faculty.
